Tesselation #3: early efforts

I did not number my earliest efforts so the numbering scheme is my retroactive best guess. I did not take pictures of #1 and #2.

By the point of #3, I understood enough of the rules to make something semi-coherent, but my technique was still unashamedly sloppy. I explored tracing back over the edges of the curves in this one; I ultimately dropped this technique. This image was retouched by my roommate Robert which helped to make it vibrant.
